Enrollment Status:

Financial Aid eligibility is determined by the number of on-campus credit hours that a student is enrolled in for a term.  Please refer to the following examples:

  • 6-12 hours correspondence + 3 hours on-campus = half-time financial aid eligibility.

  •  6-12 hours correspondence + 0 hours on-campus = half-time financial aid eligibility.

Cost of Attendance:

Students are only eligible for financial aid up to the cost of attendance for their program of study.  The Cost of Attendance for ODE courses only is restricted to tuition and fees, and books and supplies.
