Stafford/PLUS Loan Lender List The following is a list of lending institutions that will make Federal Stafford Student Loans and/or Federal Parent PLUS Loans to any eligible student from Texas Tech University. TTU is using electronic transfer of loan funds for all Stafford lenders who participate in EFT. Your Stafford refund will be mailed or directly deposited. Be sure your mailing address is correct in the Student Information System. Parent PLUS Loans will be disbursed via paper check from the lender to the institution. PLUS Loans will be mailed to the parent borrower beginning the week before classes start. Many lenders offer electronic signatures for first-time borrowers. Please check their website for the most current information.
