Educational Loan Information Our mission is to provide financial assistance to students who, without such aid, would not be able to pursue higher education. Texas Tech offers a variety of educational loan options for students and parents to assist the student with their educational expenses. Students and parents may select loans offered by the state of Texas, the federal government, or alternative loans through lenders.
